From the dashboard, open the Exams / Mock Tests page, pick a test, and click Start. You can also build your own timed test from the Enhanced Practice page (tab: Custom Test) using any combination of subject, chapter, and difficulty.

Most questions go through a faculty review queue before being published. If you spot an error, use the "Report Error" button on any question — our reviewers typically address reports within a few working days, not instantly.

Study materials are view-only online for content-protection reasons. Printing/downloading is disabled by default. Individual institutes on white-label plans may enable watermarked printing.

Ranks use your average percentage across completed exams and are refreshed daily. Only student accounts are listed. Ranking is a motivation tool, not an absolute measure of ability.

Yes. Attempts, answers and time-on-question are saved to your account. Mid-test auto-save occurs every few seconds; if your connection drops you can usually resume. Rare edge cases may lose the last 10-15 seconds of input.

A free tier lets you try mock tests and limited custom tests. Premium tiers unlock higher weekly test limits, full analytics, and advanced practice modes. Pricing is shown on the Pricing page and may vary by institute.

No platform can honestly guarantee that. What we do is provide systematic practice, honest analytics, and curated questions. Consistent use alongside your own study habits has the best chance of improving scores.

Support requests are typically answered within 1-2 business days. Critical login/access issues get higher priority. We are not a 24/7 live-chat operation — please use the Contact page and include screenshots for faster resolution.

Yes — faculty and premium users can generate a public short link for up to 5 questions. The link is view-only, optionally time-limited, and does not expose your account. Open it on any device without logging in.

If you signed up directly, write to support with your registered email. If your institute issued your license, ask your institute admin. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.
